Wellness Workshop

Wellness Workshop Online

In this online workshop, participants will learn about a variety of wellness practices that have been shown to help individuals with self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision-making, relationship skills, and social awareness. 

Each workshop will include these eight components:

1. Settle In
2. Breath Awareness
3. Mindful Movement
4. Community Connection
5. Focus
6. Creative Expression
7. Relaxation
8. Closing

The specific activities vary depending on the theme of each class, but workshops generally include breathing exercises, optional journaling prompts, meditation, relaxation strategies and more. The themes for fall 2023 include: 

October 11: Breathe for Gratitude
We give and receive acknowledgement and actively show our appreciation for the incredible gift of being alive. 
October 18: Breathe for Creativity
We unleash our potential and manifest our brilliance through unstoppable action. 
October 25: Breathe for Communication
We find strength in vulnerability and trust that being authentic always leads to the best results.
