IRSC Service Learning Series Hosted by the Oxbow Eco-Center In-Person
For the fall 2023 semester, Oxbow Eco-Center has designed a service experience just for the IRSC community! Learn about environmental topics from our local experts, spend a Friday morning at the beautiful Oxbow Eco-Center, and support the environment all at the same time!
This event takes place at the Oxbow Eco Center: 5400 NE St. James Dr. Port St. Lucie, FL 34983
IRSC students and employees and their families are welcome to register and attend. These service opportunities are appropriate for those 12 years of age and older.
Friday, October 6: Trail improvements
Friday, November 3: Plant native species
Friday, December 1: Hand pull exotic species
All participants are welcome to attend the optional learning session on the Wednesday before each event at 3pm at the Pruitt Campus Library.
