Digital Literacy River Pathway Virtual Event with the Brackett Preservation Lab - Virtual
Attend a virtual event to learn about the Brackett Preservation Lab. Our memories are at risk! The Brackett Preservation Lab is a Do-It-Yourself space providing equipment and software for students and community library users to digitize their personal memorabilia like photographs, yearbooks, and VHS, camcorder, and audio cassette tapes before they deteriorate or become obsolete. Learn how you can preserve your family’s memories and get involved in helping others do the same. There are also opportunities for students to participate in digitizing and describing local cultural heritage materials to preserve our community’s history for years to come. Attendees will receive credit toward their Digital Literacy River Pathways student leadership program for participating. Register on RiverLife or email Angie at asardon@irsc.edu to receive the Zoom link and passcode.
